Minor adjustments to improve robustness if CheckPlayer is instantiated more than once on a page. Public API now includes ready() function which indicates if CheckPlayer had fully constructed and instantiated itself.

NOTE: CheckPlayer 1.0 is only compatible with flensedCore 1.0 (or higher).
Tons of bug fixes and optimizations, including code compression. Also, the updateplayer.swf can be open-source compiled with 'mtasc' compiler.
